The host, Pascale and her husband are very warm, friendly and accommodating people. The hotel is spacious and comfortable. There's a large dining, sitting area at the front of the property where breakfast is served. It also offers space to relax outside of your room. The room itself was big and comfortable and had everything we needed. The air conditioner and a fan were very helpful to cool the room. We had a decent bathroom with a good shower. We didn't book breakfast, but Pascale offered it to us anyway and it was always very delicious. What was on offer varied, which kept it interesting, some days it was exotic fruits, toast, jam and croissants, and she would ask is we would like pancakes or omelettes too, everything was great. My partner and I love dogs, and so the addition of some neighbourhood dogs coming to visit, for us, was a bonus and a pleasure. Pascale was able to rent us one of her own mopeds, which was extremely convenient as we didn't have to travel anywhere or pay high prices, we paid a fair price and could have rented for multiple days if we needed.

For me, this residence was almost perfection. I value quiet and peacefulness and that is what I experienced here. You will need a taxi to get there and it is off of the main road. It is far from the crowds and I loved that. The balcony was completely private on the ground floor and overlooks trees and a little wild place. It was literal bliss to wake up and sit there listening to the birds with a cup of tea. The owner is lovely and helpful, never intrusive but always there to help if needed. I was particularly impressed with the bathroom supplies, toothbrush, toothpaste, body lotion, showercap and cotton buds. Water, coffee tea and a kettle is in the room as well as instant noodles. Such a great welcome. There is also a washing machine on sight. There are lots of places to eat along the main road, and if you need halal food its easily accessable. There are very high standards of cleanliness here. I truly enjoyed my time here.

Located just 100 meters from Kata Beach, Two Chefs Inn offers air-conditioned rooms with a balcony overlooking the beach and free WiFi access. Very good location, only two minute walk to the main street and beach. It was very quiet at night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. Breakfast was really good and the staff members were all very nice and helpful.
