Fantastic location for the fair grounds if you are heading to an event. I've rated a 10 out of 10. This is a budget hotel and I've stayed at many, as such this is a 10 compared to other hotels of the same caliber such as Marriott and Country Inn etc. Staff are great, facilities are great in having a pool and a small gym. Very clean throughout the hotel and the rooms where spotless. Beds very comfortable. Can't really go wrong and a good saving to the other two hotels in the area.
