The scenery cannot be beat! Absolutely lovely. The hosts were great in arranging for a motorcycle rental. They were very sweet in providing us with snacks/ water when we left and always greeting us with a beverage. Fruit and yogurt for b'fast was very good. Coffee was good. Ate lunch/ dinner there a couple of days. The stir fried noodles and vegetables were terrific. The spring rolls were excellent as well.

I liked the view a lot and the owners were very accommodating with our room. The view was great and it was a short bike ride into the town, and faster if on a motorbike or taxi. Owner was super nice and even invited us to dinner with his family. Very informal (just a family running the business) but still really great.

This was a lovely homely stay run by a family who looked after all your needs. From getting a home cooked local dinner to specific breakfast requests this place really looked after us. A great location just out of the hustle and bustle but able to use their bicycles to get around. They also were very accommodating when we wanted to hire a scooter to explore further and gave us a deal at a much better rate than anywhere else. I would certainly come back and stay here if vising Ninh Binh again.

Lovely room looking out onto a fabulous garden. Very near to the boat on Van Long Nature reserve with free bike to use to explore the area. Ngan and Hiệp couldn’t do enough to help us and they made sure we were looked after in every way. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there and Ngan always produced a range of delicious dishes.

Beautiful place located quite literally next to the Bai Dinh Pagoda. We were looking for a place to rest after some busy travel-days and found the perfect place here. We did a tour to Cuc Phuong national park, which is close by and had an awesome vegan dinner at Bai Dinh Viet's Choice (100% recommended - owned by the brother of the farmstay-Hosts. I’d recommend to rent a motorbike to be flexible. :)

Such a lovely homestay with everything you need! Comfy beds and nice rooms, the breakfast is great with lots of options and the restaurant for dinner is amazing with big portions and very reasonable prices (try the sharing platter for 2!!) Definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved this place. Great food- serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Swimming pool and good facilities. Plus the best staff. Must stay here

Solicitous and gracious owners Tony and Anna lift this rustic homestay overlooking rice fields in a perfect spot within walking distance of Tam Coc.

The hospitality from host. She made us feel at home. Room was very clean, cheap and rustic. She helped us booked transport back to hanoi and rented us her bike for 100 dong. When we wanted to extend another night, she was full, she recommended us to stay with her family, the building beside. In the evening she asked us to join their family for dinner and we had some wine, tea and some meat. We totally enjoyed their company and hope to see them next time! Her location is a short walk frm the bus station.. pls support this lovely family
