Have you ever watched the movie The Grand Budapest Hotel? The very movie where the manager personally welcomed the guests? Well, this is exactly that kind of situation! Here, the manager personally greets you upon arrival, ensures the utmost comfort during your stay, and sees you off upon departure. An amazing and incredibly kind person, full of energy and enthusiasm when it comes to taking care of the guests. He did so many sincere things for us! And the room? It's something special! The design is meticulously and thoughtfully crafted, with attention to every detail of the interior. What particularly delighted us was the most important part of the room — the mattress! =) And it's so silent! As for the food — it’s absolutely delicious! Breakfast includes a variety of vegetables, scrambled eggs, toast, butter, cheeses, olives, a croissant with spreads, and, of course, coffee. I might have missed something, but the breakfast is truly substantial. Both the breakfast and everything else on the menu were fantastic. I especially loved the lasagna. The prices are unbelievable — probably some of the most affordable in Albania. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel; you’ll be happy you stayed here!

Erjona and Ramadan were welcoming and very helpful and have done a great job of setting up these 11 new and well appointed apartments. They offer Ebikes to rent which makes it easy to reach nearby attractions. There's a good sized Spar supermarket downstairs which is convenient.

The Villa Taverde is an amazing stay. Staff is super friendly and did everything to make our stay memorable. The little villa has everything you need and it’s really peaceful. The restaurant is great as well and serves some of the best food we’ve had during our Albania trip. The breakfast was even served in our own little villa. Would highly recommend.

It is a fantastic place with a wonderful view of the lake. And the owners were absolutely wonderful hosts.. The breakfast was so good, Albanian pancakes. Hope I can be healthy, will try to return despite the 2700 km journey.. To my hosts❤️❤️❤️

This place was a real gem. It was such a great decision to spend a night there and relax after hiking in the mountains. It's brand new, very tastefully decorated and it has everything you need. The location is a killer. Very remote with a spectacular view. Adding a terrace jacuzzi was a fantastic idea. There is a very good restaurant Agroturizem Faqedol just down the road, which we highly recommend. A stay to remember!

The best location one can ever wish for. Just at the beginning of the pedestrian zone where all the restaurants and shops are found. This is a truly unique suite, extremely large, comfortable and attention to every little detail was clearly exhibited. The decor is fantastic, a starlit effect above the bed, an 85” central TV screen and a fabulous jacuzzi hot tub. It is clearly family run and the staff were so sweet, friendly and attentive. The guesthouse's location is incredible, though it's a bit tricky to get there without a car.The view is amazing, the rooms were really comfortable and extremely clean! The hosts are very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was also delicious. Highly recommend this house for anyone who would like to stay in a quiet and comfortable place.

What a little slice of heaven! We will definitely come here again, because two nights just wasn't enough. Zan has made this place formidable. He only recently installed an outdoor lounge with projection screen, so it functions as an outdoor cinema with the view of the lake in the background! During the day it is a perfect hangout spot for coffee and just chilling. There's a pool to cool off and a fire heated hot tub to warm up. It's a tiny house, so it is to be expected that there's limited space. He however did such a great job, that it doesn't feel like a tiny house. Would definitely recommend this place, even if you weren't planning to visit the area. Just go there for this place, you'll unwind completely in a couple of days.
