As I used to find it, it is still one of the best resorts in Bulgaria. It deserves the best evaluation in terms of cleanliness, services and staff. It is one of the best places to relax, especially during the winter season. Just a simple note for management! I strongly advise returning the previous menu and the previous chef, as the chef during the evening period is not at the required level, and his treatment is very bad. Perfect location - you can start skiing right from the entrance to the hotel. Ski pass and equipment you can buy inside the hotel. Good breakfast and dinner (with an amazing mountain view). We also asked for the birthday package for our daughter - and it was really great (includes beautiful cake with candles, lemonades and gift - all for extra payment). The pool was a really good activity for the evening. We and our kids (aged 4 and 10) really enjoyed the stay, and we would be happy to come back again.

The place is quite comfortable, but what makes the difference is the services. They were attentive to all my needs and made me feel at home.

This place is fantastic! Very good value for money for the area. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed, and the building has very attentive management and security. The area is utterly beautiful. You are set in an alpine meadow, surrounded by forest as far as the eye can see. The Rila mountains to one side, and the plain to the other. It is stunning.
