One of the best places I've been to, the fully equipped kitchen, the jacuzzi, the fireplace in the living room, the huge and luxurious bed, the close supermarket , and above all, Maritza and her nice family, who helped us with everything, whether it's restaurants, trips, a link to a lovely guide, or anything else we needed. Its a contemporary boutique lodge nestled within the araucarian forest , 20 min from Pucon. The architecture and the interior design of the place is inspiring, warm and is in perfect symmetry with its surroundings. The tranquility of the scenery . All the rooms are beautifully and sustainably designed and everything is new and well maintained. Alejandro and Cata have been wonderful hosts to us , and made us feel very welcome. The hotel offers sauna , a hot tub and massages apart from the outdoor pool . We stayed there 3 nights and it rained all the time which made the place even more magical and warm . It also has a good bar and offers home cooked meals which are delicious. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back .

Hotel staff is really nice, location is great, it has a private parking lot and breakfast is nice too. We got a room with a clear view of the volcano, which was awesome. The bed was comfortable, the room size is great and it was very well cleaned.

The view on the lake is amazing. The staff is super friendly and responsive. The food was delicious, simple but homemade breakfast. At night the food at the restaurant is amazing (congrats to the chef and the team). We took the chalet in front of the lake and could enjoy the fireplace.
