It was perfect, we travelled from Germany and it was worth it.A lovely little house big enough for 4 grown ups a very quiet road .Comfortable beds the kitchen had all we needed for our stay and the garden was super we spent an hour or so each day reading and watching the birds.Add to that the location just a few minutes to the beach and round the north Norfolk Coast, brilliant.We thank Theresa and her husband for a great holiday.

Lovely location next to the lakes and woodlands. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi bath and sauna were really nice to use. We had an issue with the boiler. I spoke or reception and before I walked back to the lodge, the engineer was already there and fixed the boiler. Loved the animals in the enchanted forest but huts were not maintained in the woodland area.

Great peaceful location, masses of space inside and outside. Very dog friendly and secure garden. Homemade cookies and bonus goodies in the fridge were a very nice touch. Great TV and all the lighting and charging facilities in the rooms were top notch. Hot tub looked good & was well situated (although we didn't use it). Nice bathrooms. The clubhouse on site was very welcoming and the food and drinks were reasonably priced. We hope to return!

The lodge was really nice and the site was beautiful. Had a lovely walk around the lakes and the enchanted forest. A really lovely peaceful and relaxing place. The food was good at Jacks one of the onsite restaurants. The Jacuzzi bath and sauna where great, we really enjoyed these facilities. The lodge was really nicely decorated and tranquil. We had an issue with the toilet and the TV was broken which we reported and was sorted very promptly. I would definitely love to come back one day.

So much better than expected, lodge was clean comfy with great equipment & fixtures & furnishings. Made great use of the jacuzzi, sauna, ice bath & shower. The whole place is relaxing & peaceful & has lovely restaurants & a little shop for essentials in reception. Absolutely loved the petting farm & enchanted forest. My little dogs loved it too. Last but by no means least the staff were so friendly, helpful, caring, fun & down to earth. Thank you so much & I’ll be back soon xx

The complex as a whole. It was beautiful and its still not even finished, the accomodation was beautiful, well laid out and had all you need for a relaxing getaway if you want to stay in and use your lodge facilities we had jacuzzi bath and sauna and even made use of the firepit, the staff were all really friendly and helpful and the fishing was good too.

We stayed in a lodge with an outside jacuzzi bath and sauna which were amazing. The lodge was very clean, obviously brand new and near to one of the lakes and the forest. The cafe and Thai restaurant are really good. We didn't leave the resort for the time we were there which was really relaxing. The staff are so friendly, not only would we go back but we would look at the other locations they have, we had a great time.
