From the moment we arrived at Alocin Cottage, it felt like stepping into a slice of rural paradise. We absolutely loved evenings relaxing in the wood-fired hot tub under the stars, and the on-site bar and BBQ made casual meals a breeze. staff were lovely, food was as expected ie good choice and well cooked. Room was a decent size, large enough to accomodate my mobility scooter!. Didn't try the Spa so can't comment.

Lovely location. Everything you would need, we only stayed for one night but would have been a lovely place to spend longer and we will definitely be going back.

15 km from Askham Hall in Penrith, Inglewood Shepherd's Huts offers accommodation with access to a hot tub. There is a private entrance at the campground for the convenience of those who stay.

The accommodation has even more than you need! It was very clean on our arrival, there are two toilets, bath, shower, kitchen, tv, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, towels a lot of space for 4 people and privacy. The instructions were very clear of how to get there! From the location we could easily get to Helvellyn and Skyddaw mountains. If I would have a chance I would definitely book it again for my future weekend away.
