Beautiful property. Well maintained. If you are with elderly family, just have to remember that there are quite a few stairs to to get to your room. In house breakfast was amazing as well.

Whilst the Lalit might have started to show its age here and there, it has a distinctive character to it that sets it apart from other five-star resorts of more recent construction. Its architecture, gardens, location and sports facilities are of a very high standard indeed. Best of all, here you really feel that you are in India (in an entirely positive sense). Staff members are welcoming and helpful and some, like Ajit from the restaurant and Abishek from the bar, really went the extra mile to make our time here as pleasant as possible.

It was a great stay at Caravella Beach Resort, it is very beautiful, the staff is extremely polite, friendly and helpful. We would especially like to thank Carolina of the housekeeping staff for her meticulous cleaning, helping us where ever she could and for the lovely towel-art animals she made for us. She took care of the mess we made after the Mehendi, helped us ironing our clothes and was generally helpful during our entire stay. Thank you Caroline and all of the staff of Caravella Beach Resort for making our unforgettable.

It was a rough start . Receptionist very rude and unprofessional. That could have ruined our whole holiday . But thank god manager Payas came to our rescue. Although he was knocking off work for the weekend he say we were distressed and came to our rescue. He stayed the hour checking us in showing us to our room making sure we were comfortable . I must commend him on his professionalism and the way he handled our grievances. Further to this he went the extra mile of organising my daughters sixteen birthday celebrations with a special cake and decor at his expense although he was on leave for the weekend he had his staff make sure everything was perfect. Hotel Zuri is truly blessed to have an amazing manager as Payas. My family and I want to thank him for making our stay memorable. Thank u so much Mr. Payas Pal Singh, we wish you all the best .
