We let the hotel know that it was our 45 anniversary, so when we arrived Alessandro at the front desk informed us that our room had been upgraded to a junior suite at no additional cost. Not only was the 3rd floor suite (accessed by a glassed-in elevator) fabulous, the large terrace (with chairs, table and lounge chairs) offered spectacular views of the city, castle and surrounding mountains. The hotel is a study in class and elegance. When we ate dinner at the hotel's restaurant, due to our anniversary, we were offered complimentary glasses of Prosecco. The included breakfast the next morning was delicious and ample offering a smorgasbord style featuring both hot and cold items and as well as sweet and savoury selections. Angelica at the front desk later the first evening and the next morning was charming, helpful and answered a number of questions we had. We had a wonderful one night stay in a beautiful classic old, but completely renovated, hotel.

Lovely house with an ideal location right in the centre of the town. Had an issue with no hot water, messaged host and received phone call within 1 minute of sending message with instructions how to switch on boiler. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
