Bousui - really magnificent ryokan hotel which takes special place in my wife’s and mine hearts😄! Room was very big, all over traditionally designed, very atmospheric and comfortable! Hot spring baths were amazing too: luxurious, very comfortable and with beautiful sea views! Premium gazebo was especially great! Really worth it! Employee, who helped us in room was very attentive, helpful and made all we could need to take all the best from our staying! Special thanks for pleasant conversations and tons of very interesting information! You made our staying unforgettable! Additionally to traditional breakfast, we asked for Kaiseki dinner - it was third Kaiseki we got, and truly, the most delicious and impressive! Fish was as fresh as it is possible, serving was full of beautiful and very interesting details! Last, but not least part of our rest was massage in award winning GECCA SPA: to be honest, Suzune gave me greatest massage I ever got! She was so attentive and diligent, made message with so masterpiece, that I’ve got extreme pleasure and relief! More over, it was first time when I feel, that therapist don’t just do it work, but really cares of me!🙏🏻 Btw, my wife never liked massages, but even she was really impressed by Suzune’s work! Our stay here was one of the best experiences we had in Japan. The house beautifully combines traditional Japanese architecture with thoughtful, modern interior design - from the retro-style equipped kitchen and cozy tatami areas to the private onsen and elegant, almost royal bedrooms. Every corner is tastefully designed and well maintained, with a minimalist garden outside that completes the serene atmosphere. The morning sun filled the house with beautiful light, making it feel truly special. The location was also excellent - close enough to explore nearby nature spots, waterfalls, and coastal views. The house can easily accommodate up to 10 people without feeling crowded, with at least three double beds and plenty of space on the tatami floors. Practical details were also well covered: two smart toilets, a washing machine, and even drip coffee equipment for slow mornings. We only wish we could have stayed longer – and we’re already dreaming about coming back someday.
