Everything about my stay with Dave-san and his wife was fantastic! If you have come across this as an option for your accomodation, book it! You will not regret it. Especially if you like to be in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle. Dave-san runs a shuttle to and from the resorts each day so getting around isn’t an issue. The breakfast is delicious!

The breakfast was an incredible spread and delicious! I highly recommend you include this in your stay! The room was had a great size for 4 people. It did not feel cramped and had ample space with all our bags and gear. The onsen was absolutely excellent at the end of the day to soak sore muscles. Great onsen facilities

This cozy hostel style lodge offers first rate food, caring engaged staff and a really fun casual atmosphere. It only took a few minutes to realize that everyone feels right at home and the guests are all getting to know each other and share stories and intel on the ski conditions and spots on the mountain.
