We stayed one night at the Transit Studio Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. Dave went above and beyond, picking us up from the airport at 2 AM, which was such a relief after a long journey. He was incredibly helpful, not only with the late-night pickup but also in assisting us with planning our route the next day. The hotel is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the airport and directly across from the TukTuk Rentals office, making it perfect for travelers starting their Sri Lanka adventure. Our room was spotless, equipped with air conditioning, and had an extremely comfortable bed that guaranteed a good night’s sleep. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone passing through!

The manager who greeted us was amazing, super friendly and very helpful, the hotel is small but well maintained and not far from the airport. We stayed 1 night considering we were flying away early morning, the manger called me after a couple of hours to check if everything went smooth at the airport, which I personally felt that was amazing gesture :) We didn’t get food at the hotel, we had an issue ordering from outside restaurant due to language barriers, but the manager was very happy to help us

My stay at this villa was truly unforgettable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing – generous, delicious, and beautifully served. But what made this experience truly special was the host. He treated me with the kindness and care of a loving father. He went above and beyond to help me: he offered to do my laundry, accompanied me to a local barbershop and translated for me, and even showed me the easiest way to get to the airport by bus. We had a couple of great conversations that made me feel welcome and at home. On top of everything, he kindly allowed me a late checkout, which made my departure much more comfortable. This has been, without a doubt, the best Booking.com experience I’ve ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back! I was so happy here ❤️
