The property was very nice, cosy, it did meet our expectations, very clean, suited with everything we needed for our short stay and close enough to the ski resort, we would definitely book it again.

This place is just fantastic! It is a great option if you want to relax in silence, eat good and enjoy nature. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast with local and traditional food is amazing. It is also a good place if you like to go hiking. The houses have AC and are very clean. Also the position of the houses offer you enough privacy. A very big applause for the owner’s and the staff from Portal Village. We will for sure come again!

The location is great, with an amazing view towards the old basilica on top of the hill. House was very spacious, clean, cozy and warm and with all you need for a nice vacation. Hosts were very helpfull and they prepared a very tasty breakfast for our family, plus some welcome snacks :) Next time we'll try the 'ciubar' in front of the house.

We were a group of 10 people and really enjoyed our stay! Great place for larger groups - a big plus that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Lovely patio, peaceful surroundings, perfect for relaxing. Nice grilling corner - very well thought out. Large and comfortable beds. Everything was very clean. We had 8 motorcycles and 2 vans, which fit in the parking area. The only small issue was no kettle, but we managed fine:) The owner was very helpful and easy to contact. Highly recommended! Great base for trips to the Transalpina and Transfagarasan roads.

The view is beautiful. The house is big and cozy, with lots of space for a big family. We traveled 8 adults, one child and a dog, and it wasn’t crowded at all. The kitchen is amazing with everything you need for such a big group. We were impressed. The location is also convenient, 20 km away from Sibiu. We could easily reach every attraction we planned to.
