Our stay at the Radisson Blu Abu Dhabi was nothing short of an unforgettable experience. We arrived very late after a long flight and further delays caused by a hotel booking at another establishment. Hussein from the front desk check-in was so warmhearted and thoughtful in helping us get settled in and making sure we had the most comfortable room. The service that followed was nothing short of superior highest quality service; this includes Muhammed Abdulaziz going beyond the call of duty to meet our needs; the ever so charismatic Christian (Restaurant Breakfast Manager), the charming and graceful Lee and their incredible team Richard, Mimi, Alvite and Azim, a warm thank you for making our start of the day a magnificent one. Located at the heart of the capital, InterContinental Abu Dhabi is situated on the beach and a 10-minute drive from bustling downtown. Everything the pool area and the beach was very nice. Rooms spacious and comfortable and nice touch that there was free water everyday in the room but also at the pool. especially the lounge was very very nice. The food and staff was incredible. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
