On a few occasions we requested the cleaning/room service, it was very good and the cleaners make an effort to check all is okay. Telephone room service was very good and the various staff would help with all our enquiries. Swimming pool was lovely. The restaurant was lovely and the breakfast was always good every day. We had a great experience and would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family. Local mall has a kids play area, plenty of shops. Reception were great at organising taxis for us.
