The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing with attentative wait staff. The facilities here were exceptional, sauna, spa, indoor, and outdoor pool. i would love to return with the whole family.

And it is not far at all from the main street either for those coming by car. The design inside is very charming and authentic, with attention to details, it feels cozy and stylish at the same time. There is a lovely spa area and a very nice bar with TV. The rooms are big and warm, with a balcony, very comfy beds and nice radio in the bathroom to enjoy some shower music. The food is delicious and it offers quite a large variety both at breakfast and dinner. I would recommend taking the half board option rather than just breakfast. The staff was very polite and very careful to ensure the food and drinks flow at the right time and all your dietary needs are satisfied even if it was not listed in the menu of the day. The owners are such amazing people who are working so hard and very kindly taking excellent care of their guests, even if some unusual circumstances arise during your holiday. As we say, "the human blesses the place", and this hotel is just so charming and lovely, all thanks to their owner and their hard working, fam Eder.

Our family ski a lot in Austria in many different centers. Although the hotels are good, the staff are somehow not polite. But this hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful. Esp, our waiter at dinner, Ana! She is the 6th star of this hotel :) I do always appreciate people who care&love their jobs. She is that kind. Thanks Ana for the lovely dinner times!

Very nice staff, great food, in the centre of Saalbach, great pool and welness area, good ski room.
