Very quite in a nice neighborhood and great views. it is a short walk to the historic shops, restaurants and historic docks area. the owner and his staff were extremely friendly. we arrived early and he, and his staff, were really flexible in making sure we were settled and ready to enjoy Hobart. We loved the complimentary kitchen larder for a quick morning bite and the evening port in the parlor.

Wish we could stay longer! The place is just perfect for everything! Location: Perfect for people who drive. Located at the other side of the river but close enough to CBD, only takes 7-10mins to drive. Quiet and close to the water which you can take a fresh breeze from. Equipment: Very cozy with everything we need. The place is large enough for a family of three or four . Fully equiped with heater and air conditioning to make you warm enough in winter nights. Nice and big bath tub with spa (didn't use during our stay). Very good taste to the decorations and styling of the place. Staffing: It's a cottage within the house land. Landlord doesn't usually live here but very nice and approachable. Thanks Penny for being kind and helpful. We are very welcomed by her and her family and were invited to watch their live band in their house. Accessability: Easy and smooth check in and check out. Easy for parking without disturbing the front.

Hobart panoramic view with Spas se encuentra en Hobart, a 8 min a pie de Little Howrah Beach y a 11 km de Theatre Royal, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado, jardín y terraza. The panoramic view of the house was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and we will miss the beautiful view of the beach and Mount Wellington. Ken was an excellent host, he very helpful and accommodating. I will highly recommend this property and looking forward to stay here again in our next visit. :)

Spacious, luxurious, designer decorated, most well equipped and generously stocked place I ever encountered in a BnB. Unfortunately not enough time to enjoy this bijou of a place.

I absolutely highly recommend staying here. Super comfy bed too!
