We visit the place once or twice a year, and we are never disappointed. The rooms and the facilities are clean and looked after. The stuff are helpful. The food is delicious. Combining traditional Bulgarian architecture with modern facilities, the Four Points by Sheraton Bansko enjoys a convenient location close to the gondola lift in Bansko. The hotel is excellent, stuff is super friendly and helpful, Ahmed helped us with the luggage, and is always here when you need him, breakfast was a 10, fresh baked goods, fluffiest pancakes you can image, a lot of variety and with good quality. Very clean and modern rooms, and overall interior of the hotel. Also very smart with the specialized room for ski equipment and the door that leads you out where the shuttle stands. Complementary Shuttle service to the Gondola and back, very helpful not to walk uphill, but it is very close to the gondola. Spa center was decent and clean, stuff was very friendly, I wish it had a thermal bath, that would have made the stay perfect.
