The hotel is awesome. Especially for it's price is the best one in Bansko for sure. Great apartments size, clean and full equipment. SPA is nice and the pool is fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality of the staff was outstanding. They were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any needs, making my stay truly enjoyable. The location of the hotel is ideal, situated right in the heart of the center and in close proximity to the mountains. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the town and enjoy the natural beauty of the surrounding area. The building exudes comfort, with well-appointed rooms. Overall, my stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Bansko was fantastic.

We had a very memorable stay, 10/10 for all staff. We will recommend our friends and would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit bansko again. Spa, room and hotel general areas are much better in person than in photos which is rare!
