Very nice hotel and big rooms. There was a private jacuzzi in the room. Stuff was nice. The hotel is on the main street and you can get to most places within 10 minutes of walk.

The hotel has been recently renovated. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and surprisingly quiet. The bathroom is also spacious and offers both a shower and a bathtub. The internet is adequate. The outdoor pool, indoor pool, and all facilities we used are in great condition. Although the hotel was at capacity during my stay, it never felt crowded. The location is slightly outside the village but only a 10-minute walk to the central area. I found the location beneficial – it was quiet, green, and had nice views of the Balkan Mountains.

An absolutely fabulous hotel. Delicious food and a wide variety of it as well. The staff were friendly and the facilities were excellent. There is an outdoor pool which was fantastic to lounge at and spa facilities of a very high standard. Would recommend!

Clean and up to standard, with the attention to detail you'd expect from a mineral bath spa hotel to relax and heal your body. The restaurant is fantastic, with an excellent chef. The doorman was very friendly character and assisted us with our luggage.

I particularly loved the spacious room and the outside areas, including the jacuzzi. Everything, including the kitchen felt like brand new. The location was nice, close to the centre, but in a quieter street.

Excellent hotel. The wellness center is great. The rooms and bathroom are big and clean with nice terrasse and view. Very spacious and nice place. The breakfast is good with big choice. I would come again.

The apartments were huge and we had everything we needed. The view from our big balcony was amazing. Loved the forest around the hotel. Food in the restaurant was good. Spa was also ok, especially the large pool and steam bath.

Very nice location. Yang, friendly and well trained staff. Good food. The room was very clean and we had nice coffee ensured in the room! Small pool but clean, great sauna and steam bath. Excellent massage specialist in the SPA.

The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations - it's looks brand new, with spacious mountain style common areas, with expensive finishing, good food, very kind staff, decently sized room and quite big bathroom. There is a kids room with some toys and puzzles which our kid liked. I enjoyed excellent affordable massage, but didn't have a chance to check on the SPA zone. Edelweiss is located at a walking distance from the Buzludzha monument, but bear in mind this is quite high in the mountain and you should consider winter conditions.

We would gladly go back again :) The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, everything is clean and well maintained, and the hosts just make you feel at home. We can definitely recommend the place to anyone! Some additional features that we liked: - off street parking - a restaurant with incredibly delicious food - very clean and comfortable sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room - the temperature in the hotel is always very pleasant (we visited twice - in the summer and in November)
