The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with a spacious terrace (which we didn’t use due to the cold weather). I liked that robes and slippers were provided for the kids for the SPA. The SPA isn’t large, but it’s a good place to relax. Delicious dinner at the restaurant. Great views and outdoor activities nearby.

Payable service. Limited children's access from 10 am -1 pm and from 5 - 6 pm every day. rooms were fantasic and so clean the meals were amazing

The spacious apartment with a terrace and mountain views features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, and 2 bathrooms with a hot tub. A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and fruits. The property offers city views. If anyone is still considering booking I highly recommend it. The first thing I want to mention is the host. Pleasant details were everywhere in the apartment. You feel that every detail has been taken care of. Snacks and wine, a first aid kit, tea, coffee, and many other hygiene products. There is a balcony from every room including the kitchen! Elegant design, a clean apartment, easy check-in (just follow the instructions, nothing complicated). If you have a child, there are things provided for them as well. It feels cozy and comfortable here. There’s a Lidl supermarket around the corner. Sofia’s main attractions are within walking distance. The Serdika metro station is also nearby. The design and furniture are excellent. I recommend this apartment to everyone who hasn’t booked it yet but is considering renting it. You will love it!

The modern, air-conditioned gym provides modern equipment, or - if you prefer to relax - our guest therapists trained at the Spa Bali International Academy offer Authentic Balinese massages as a perfect treat to yourself. It was the best night I've spent in a hotel in a long time! The room was spotless clean and the bed was comfortable and best of all it was very quiet and I woke up wonderfully rested the next morning! The food was delicious, the breakfast buffet excellent! The staff was very friendly and professional. The property offered secure parking and the neighborhood seemed clean and quiet. For our purposes the property was conveniently close to the highway so we could continue our trip the next day without passing through inner city traffic. We arrived on time to make use of the swimming pool, which is surprisingly big compared to most hotels I've stayed in. I highly recommend this property and will definitely use it for future trips.
