Staff members were attentive and polite and looked professional even when no one was watching them. Room was comfortable and having a bathtub was a welcome addition. I stayed at a big name brand hotel that was nearby for the previous 5 days and I didn't enjoy their dedication to the customer experience.

The staff were excellent - especially the breakfast waitresses. They were above and beyond everyday. The swimming and gym were great.
