The front desk clerk was very polite and accommodating. Nicely upgraded decor, since our last visit a few years ago. The bartender in the lounge was friendly and helpful with our cocktail selections in the afternoon, and remembered 6s when we returned in the evening fir a nightcap! Great, relaxing patio vibe, with fire tables.

Good, central location in Rossland - you can walk anywhere in a few minutes. Rooms are nice and clean. The sauna and hot tub are nice amenities, though we didn't use them.

Really loved the location, and the garden. The windows and general ambience of the living space really was perfect for our trip. Also, the washer and dryer were really nice. Units I'd happily use at home.

Very clean, nice comfy bed, good location very close to Red Mountain with hot tub. Basic good breakfast. Convenient parking at no additional cost.

The manager and maintenance staff were very quick to respond to our concerns and to fix a couple of issues we had (non-working fridge, problems with TV). The hot tub was great! Very dog-friendly. Continental breakfast very good. Although, I didn't realize the coffee urns were in an area apart from the food, so I didn't discover the coffee until the last day!

I have to say that the beds are extremely comfortable. I had a great sleep, and they were nice. Beautifully done, very clean units and very quiet. In the area the mate is doing a great job. I would definitely go back again next year. They have a great hot tub as well. But they need a little bit hotter.

Lots of hooks to hang gear, but no close heaters so tough to dry gear. Very clean. Bathrooms were above expectation. Nice temperature control in the space. Lots of natural light during the day. Convenient location close to ski hill and town, with a vehicle
