The staff were amazing - friendly, helpful, and even looked cheerful. Food was awesome. Both the breakfast and dinner were very good. I was surprised at the nice service during breakfast. The fact that you can eat and enjoy the view at the same time was a huge plus. The room was clean and pleasant. Shower was amazing with very strong water pressure and warm/hot water. And the spa! I have never experienced such a pleasant and spectacular spa. They had so many options - the jacuzzi, hot tub, dry sauna, wet sauna, etc. Definitely coming back for the spa. You can even enjoy the scenery during the spa. The view! Probably one of the most beautiful views even in the whole Switzerland. The Blausee lake is right in front of the hotel. Everything about this family run hotel was lovely - the people, the views, the room, the breakfast. I highly recommend to anyone that wants a peaceful stay - this is the place!! They made me feel so welcomed as a solo traveler, while checking me in late at night when my luggage was lost at the airport. This hotel felt like a home away from home. Thank you! I hope to be back.
