The hotel is fairly new. The lobby decoration is very pretty. Though the room is small but very cosy and clean. I enjoyed spending my time at the room balcony. The bathroom amenities are by Thann. A stunning and very special hotel. We had a stunning room with a jacuzzi that overlooks a breathtaking view. We had a fridge full of sweets and a cheese board, wine and champagne, fruit and everything was included in the price. The best hotel we had in Switzerland!!!

We stayed in the guard tower room, which is a bit different from most of the rooms in the hotel. It's right above the castle gate, with windows on 3 sides, but since the walls are 70cm thick and made of stone, it's very well insulated from noise. The conveniences/electrical system were slightly constrained by the fact that we were surrounded by thick stone, but they nonethless did a great job of making a beautiful, comfortable, and engagingly quirky room. Breakfast was also exceptional, with some of the best bread and pastry I've had in Switzerland.

This chalet-style hotel is located in the centre of Adelboden in the Bernese Oberland region, 100 metres from the gondola ski lifts. A real gem. Everything was perfect. From the whole structure and rooms nicely decorated and spotless, the attentive and welcoming staff. The great location with magnificent views. The SPA was great too. Small in a nice way and with all you need, excellent and professional massage service. One of the nicest stay I had. Thank you!

We stayed here for two days, and were so good taken care of by the friendly owners of this beautiful hotel. We got the best hiking tips for mountain parts that are not so crowded, and will forever remember the spectacular nature and views. I can highly recommend a stay at Hotel Caprice.
