We stayed in the Japanese room and it was absolutely perfect. Nice view, sauna on the terrace and jacuzzi in the bathroom. The service is excellent and we felt pampered for the entirety of our stay. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning, snacks and sodas/beer were always available in the room (with the possibility of refills), a bottle of white wine and red wine free of charge in the room and we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and a delicious cheese/meat platter. Highly recommended for couples who want to spend a relaxing and romantic weekend in the mountains.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Eigenlijk alles, fantastische service, prachtige schone kamers, heerlijke bedden en kussens en een super ontbijt. Fijn dat er voor de rokers een lounge is zodat je niet buiten hoeft te staan. Alles prachtig gedecoreerd in kerstsfeer. Restaurants uitmuntend!

The bathroom was also spotless, and I loved the large shower with good water pressure. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station, and easy access to the lake and the city center. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning, which had a great selection of items, including fresh pastries, eggs, and cereals. Very lovely hotel with comfortable room facilities. Everything you besically need are offered from the hotel. Nice decoration with the big breakfast room with garden view. Staffs are friendly and very helpful with tourists information. Me and my father were there for 3 nights. And we love the hotel. If we come to Jungfrau region again, we will definitely come back to stay hier.
