Breakfast was excellent - lots of tasty homemade things and everything very fresh. The view across the valley towards Lugano was lovely to see in the morning during breakfast. I loved everything about this property, we had an exceptional experience during our stay at this hotel , I knew that we booked a 5-star hotel but I was not sure expecting this outstanding experience in regards to the kindness and welcoming manners of the staff , cleanliness of the apartment , the vast of space of the apartment and how cozy the hotel was during this autumn/ early winter time. This by far , and I am a well-travelled person, is the best hotel / resort experience I ever had in my life.

Very luxurious studio apartment with funky coloured lighting and tiles. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Their hospitality was exceptional. The balcony view of the lake is so beautiful. It is the perfect spot, as the walking path along the lake starts here. Perfect for a relaxing stroll in the evening. We were so impressed that the staff at the restaurant were like one big family, working hard together.
