At Bergwelt Grindelwald - Alpine Design Resort guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. Guests at the hotel will be able to enjoy activities in and around Grindelwald, like hiking, skiing and cycling. Abandoned by our driver into the blizzard and unknown, we called the hotel to ask where they are. We were answered "At your disposal." This minute the spokesperson 'Panagiotis' appeared, to find my white AirPod buried under a meter of snow, and carry our heavy luggage up the steep slope to the hotel. There, we had a re-welcome drink, perfected with humor and brilliant advice. We paid CHF 1140/night, and enjoyed the value. The 'two bedroom suite' offers privacies, yard with hanging wooden cocoon chairs, and balcony with panorama view.

Staff super friendly and helpful, lovely meals in the restaurant

The heated brine swimming pool (34°C), the steam bath and the sauna are perfect places to unwind after a day of skiing or hiking. Our guests are more than welcome to take advantage of the wellness and pool on the day of arrival (before check-in time) and departure (after check-out time). On request and for an extra charge, massages can be organised, as well. Everything at the hotel was great. Thanks.

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property.

The rooms were renovated in 2017 and feature a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a radio, a minibar and a safe. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and great location. Good food at Julen as well!

WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . Location is amazing, and the food is delicious.

Centrally located in Zermatt, 300 metres from the train station, Hotel Walliserhof Zermatt is built in typical Valais chalet style and offers a spa area with sauna and a hot tub. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Easy walk from train station to hotel. Beautifully decorated lobby, luggage storage, large breakfast selection. Room had access to a deck. Clean and comfortable. Good water pressure. Free mini spa in basement.

Had a great Balcony; room was excellent large and comfortable; breakfast was very comprehensive; overlooks the matterhorn mountain; this was our second time there; the hotel was updated and its even better; plan to go back next fall again

Great facility, room, bathroom, restaurant, quality buffet breakfast beginning at 07:00. Smiling and friendly staff. 121 bus runs to the train station and on to Grindelwald Terminal from in front of the hotel. Altogether a very enjoyable experience.

It is located 4 km from Benedictine Convent of Saint John and provides an ATM. The accommodation features a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Brilliant stay. Comfy bed. Huge rooms and bathroom you could hold a party in! Only downside was it was not en-suite but across the hall - only for us which was fine but going to the loo in the night was an adventure. But wouldn’t put me off staying again. And great breakfast too.
