The bed was very comfortable, towels very white just as I like them, the bathtub location by the window is brilliant - get to enjoy a bath while looking at the city lights, staff was very helpful. Amazing staff. One rainy day we needed to pop out to a shop so a member of their staff offered me her personal umbrella. I find that so kind. It's something I would not generally expect from a large hotel.
