We had a wonderful experience at this family-run hotel in Zhangjiajie. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. What really made the difference was the amazing hospitality of the manager—he was very attentive, gave us helpful tips to explore the area, and even offered rides to the airport and train station. It truly felt like staying with friends. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

The staff super helpful, the first day they help us to buy the tickets to Tian men shang and the avatars mountain. They also explain us the best rout to visit these places, this help us a lot with our schedule. Also they upgrade our room for free.

Frankie Qin did an amazing job in organising the driver to pick us up and drop us of at the national park. Moreover he went out of his way to explain ehat hikes to do. The room and hotel was absolutely lovely with everything you need sourrounded by beatiful nature.

From the moment we arrived, Lucas took care of everything for us. He helped us ​​plan the perfect itinerary​​, booked our tickets to ​​Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie Forest Park​​ (no queues, no hassle!), and even arranged amazing seats for the ​​cultural show​​. Thanks to him, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing—just pure enjoyment! Lucas was always ​​patient, professional, and full of great recommendations​​. He made sure we had the best experience possible, whether it was suggesting the best photo spots or arranging transport. His attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out! A wonderful, charming, family-owned accommodation. We stayed in the King Room (or King Deluxe Room — they look the same online) and the room was big, spotless, cozy, had a huge bed, and a beautiful view overlooking the river — a perfect place to relax after exploring the Zhangjiajie area. Our host Xiao Zhang and her partner were absolutely amazing — Xiao Zhang was so kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Although we mostly communicated through a translator app, we had great conversations with her about China, Australia, and our lives. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond to us on WeChat if we had questions when out and about. She helped us plan our days at Zhangjiajie National Park and Tianmen Mountain, and alleviated our stress by purchasing our tickets for us at both locations, giving us advice and local tips that made our visits much smoother. The breakfast each morning was delicious and thoughtfully prepared by her and her partner. The accommodation also offers free use of the washing machines, detergent, and dryer (machines are washer/dryer combos), which was such a convenient bonus after a few days of hiking. We truly felt at home here and are so grateful for the warm hospitality. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie — you will be well taken care of!

The hotel is a great base for visiting Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. It is just a 15 min walk to the Southeastern gate, and we even got a ride by the hotel staff. That enabled us to enter the park early in the morning before most of the visitors arrived. The room was very nice and stylish, the staff exceptionally friendly. David even arranged to have our bags sent back to the city on our last day so we wouldn't have to carry them to the Grand Canyon.
