張家界市にあるZhangjiajie SANHE Hotel --Free one way pick up service over 2 night, Free shuttle to east gate of forest park,Free laundry service,Free fresh coffee,English speaking customer... What a beautiful place! The first thing I said to my wife when we got into the room was, “I want my bedroom to be like this!” It is so beautifully decorated and well-kept. We arrived extremely early and were allowed to check-in early and have breakfast (cannot say that this is the norm, and should be an expectation, this is just our experience). The bath is lovely and the water-pressure from the shower is amazing…..possibly the best shower I’ve had! We appreciated how close it is to the National Park and the Grand Canyon. The staff were very helpful and so welcoming. We managed to book all of our excursions through the hotel and all of our questions (of which there were many!) were answered. If I were to revisit Zhangjiajie, I would stay at this hotel without hesitation. Oh, and a special thank you for collecting us from the train station!

A very beautiful little Hotel right next to the Park Entrance. Perfect place to start your Hikes. The host Anthony is English speaking and very welcoming, he helped us to book tickets and recommended suitable routes through the park and took the time to chat with us every night over a beer or two and telling us about Zhangjiajie. The Rooms are large and newly decorated, everything from Beds to Bathrooms are brand new. There are several restaurants along the road in short walking distance. I can't think of a better place to stay if you want to visit Wulingyuan. Great Value. Highly recommended.

We spent a few wonderful days at this hotel. It has a unique atmosphere and offers beautiful views. The staff and the entire team were very friendly and attentive. The location is just 5–10 minutes from Jazayze National Park. The hotel even provided a ride to the park and helped us purchase tickets right on site, so we didn’t have to figure things out or wait in line

This place truly deserves a 5-star rating. First and foremost, the location is absolutely perfect. It strikes a brilliant balance between easy access to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and offering a peaceful, comfortable retreat after a day of hiking. The views of the quartz-sandstone peaks from the hotel are simply breathtaking. The service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and provided great advice for planning our daily excursions. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very thoughtfully designed. It was so relaxing to come back to such a comfortable and stylish space. We also have to compliment the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of both Chinese and Western options, giving us a perfect start to each day. The dinners we had were delicious and used high-quality ingredients. Merlot Crystal is more than just a place to sleep; it's an essential part of the magical Zhangjiajie experience. We left feeling rejuvenated and with wonderful memories. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

山の景色を望むZhangjiajie Southgate Flower Garden Lodge at the Park Entranceは張家界市にあり、レストラン、共用キッチン、バー、庭、バーベキュー施設を提供しています。館内全域での無料WiFi、敷地内の専用駐車場を提供しています。 Zhangjiajie Southgate Flower Garden Lodge at the Park... the room was lovely with a view and air conditioned and clean. the people running the hotel were very helpful to us as foreigners. they drove us to the Southgate entrance of Zhangjiajie national park which a 4 min drive and cooked us dinner for 40 yuan which was very helpful as the area is more quiet. this might be an option for you if they are available that night. there is also a restaurant across the road which was great! the hotel also offers a basic breakfast for free. Theres a busier area with fruit market stalls and more restaurants about a 20 min walk. the lady working there was very patient with us and helped us book all of our national park and day trip tickets (i would suggest doing this before you come to avoid missing out in busy seasons).

Absolutely brilliant stay! The FengHuang Kasen Waterloom Keep's grounds are lovely and breakfast was fantastic. The real standout was their service: arranged a hotel car to collect us from the station and provided dedicated transfers to the local sights. Staff called right after booking to organise our travel and even helped plan our itinerary - extremely professional and helpful. Proper job, highly recommend!
