Hele aardige en gastvrije mensen, voelde mij erg welkom. Deden echt hun best voor je. Kamer was schoon er van alle gemakken voorzien. Na een lange dag reizen/wandelen in de bergen fijn om even bij te komen.

The hotel is located in a quiet area at the outskirts of Wulingyuan. But it's still very close to the east gate of the forest park and just a short walk from restaurants and bustling streets. The rooms had a mix of traditional Chinese and modern style. Shower was very hot and comfortable. Beds and room cleaned everyday. AC worked really well and kept the rooms cool. Breakfast on the rooftop was Chinese with 2 types of noodle dishes to choose from,, sweet potato, eggs. They also got some toast and had just bought a toaster. But no butter, jam, cheese or anything to put on it. However, they clearly advertise that they serve chinese breakfast. So the toast etc. was just a bonus. Instant coffee, the powder kind. If you want proper coffee you'll have to order from Luckin coffee or cotti coffe using delivery app. All in all think it's a spectacular place to stay in Wulingyuan. Highly recommend

Heaven's Gate Home Stay --free pick up service--panoramic view of Tianmen Mountain heeft een restaurant en accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, een tuin en een gedeelde lounge. Beautiful view on the Tianmen mountain. The manager was very friendly and helped us with transportation and visits.

Zhangjiajie Su Xin Resort Near Tianmen Shan & Hehua airport-Free pick up is gelegen in Zhangjiajie, op 29 km van Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, en biedt accommodatie met een seizoensgebonden... Many thanks to Lucas and Lili, they were so helpful with tips, specifically organizing our short visit to the national park and Tianmen mountain. Lucas drove us to the train station, and we manage to reach our train although we were very late!! Thank you, highly recommended.

No.5 Valley Inn ligt in een groene pomgeving en bevindt zich op 2 km van de westpoort (Yangjiajie-kaartjesbalie) van het Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The team, Frankie and the tea master where all very nice. The swimming pool is even nicer than on the picture with a beautiful view.

The room seamlessly blended traditional Tusheng architecture with modern comforts (think heated floors and rainfall showers). What truly stood out was the proactive service—they contacted us pre-arrival to coordinate luggage storage and secured park tickets during peak season. Zhangjiajie Southgate Flower Garden Lodge at the Park Entrance is gelegen in Zhangjiajie met uitzicht op de bergen en heeft een restaurant, een gedeelde keuken, bar, tuin en barbecue. the room was lovely with a view and air conditioned and clean. the people running the hotel were very helpful to us as foreigners. they drove us to the Southgate entrance of Zhangjiajie national park which a 4 min drive and cooked us dinner for 40 yuan which was very helpful as the area is more quiet. this might be an option for you if they are available that night. there is also a restaurant across the road which was great! the hotel also offers a basic breakfast for free. Theres a busier area with fruit market stalls and more restaurants about a 20 min walk. the lady working there was very patient with us and helped us book all of our national park and day trip tickets (i would suggest doing this before you come to avoid missing out in busy seasons).

They kindly offered ​​free pickup from the train station​​, which was super convenient. The staff was ​​incredibly friendly​​—always smiling and eager to help. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay special. Highly recommend this place for a smooth and enjoyable experience! What we loved: Thoughtful service, great location, and genuinely kind staff!
