The W Shanghai has amazing views of the Bund, and the city itself, making it difficult to leave the room when staring at the horizon. Facilities were amazing and diverse, with pool, whirlpool/jacuzzi, restaurants, clubs and bars. Room was clean and spacious, with all of the amenities needed.

Rooms are big and high end Gym is amazing Vivian on reception was very helpful and kindly gave me a late checkout. I would only stay here next time I visit Shanghai due to this level of service.
