There’s a nice restaurant opened for breakfast and dinner. During the day the hotel can organize a horseback riding or an ATV experience. A definite recommendation!

There are also 11 km of walking trails throughout the property, or guests can just relax in the hot tub or have a massage in the spa. With one small exception, absolutely everything! If you want to stay near Arenal and explore the rainforests around the volcano, this is the place to go and stay. Views are out of this world and accomodations are great. Loved their focus on sustainability and eco-tourism. We stayed for three nights but could easily have spent a week.

Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Amazing location and facilities. It felt like we were in a tropical paradise. The tents were large, spacious, clean and comfortable, surrounded by lush vegetation. The ladies at reception were so friendly and helpful. They organised all of our tours and called a taxi when we needed one. The facilities around the property were spectacular, and we loved getting to swim in the pool at night. It felt magical. It was quite overcast while we were there, so we didn’t have the view of the volcano, but that didn’t detract from the amazing environment at all. Great variety for breakfast. Close to many restaurants and the town centre. Highly recommend!

Among the facilities at this property are room service and a 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can use the hot tub, or enjoy mountain views. We liked it so much that we returned and stayed again! The bungalows are tucked away private so you feel as if you are completely alone, until you go to the restaurant for meals. Shout out to Juan Carlo for the amazing dinner service each evening at the Acacia restaurant! Not only did he remember our names but he had memorized our allergies, our food preferences and our drink preferences from day one! Eat at the restaurant, it’s the same price as in town but the quality is far far superior! The jacuzzi on the patios looking into the forests watching for sloths (yes there are sloths!!! Ekkk!) was pretty incredible! Overall it’s an amazing property and they do everything possible to ensure you are having a five star rainforest experience! You will not regret staying here.
