Boasting an outdoor pool and a hot tub, La Finca Lodge is located in Fortuna, 35 km from La Fortuna Waterfall. Complimentary WiFi is available. Very quiet and incredibly beautiful place. The hotel territory is a huge garden with paved paths and only 11 bungalow rooms. Everything is very clean, neat and tastefully decorated. There’s a nice restaurant opened for breakfast and dinner. During the day the hotel can organize a horseback riding or an ATV experience. A definite recommendation!

Surrounded by 860 private acres of tropical rainforest and featuring an on-site lake, a swimming pool, a sun terrace and games room, Arenal Observatory Lodge & Trails is located within the Arenal... Beautiful lodge with amazing views of the Volcano and lake. Lots of hiking trails and birds. Rooms were good and the resort is well maintained.

Set in lush tropical gardens, at the foot of Costa Rica’s Arenal the Volcano Lodge, Hotel & Thermal Experience offers an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi zone. Air-conditioned rooms have a terrace. Breakfast was exceptionally good. The food at the restaurant was also good and affordable. The hot springs are in good condition and surrounded by nature. The restaurant and pool have a nice view of the volcano, but not from the room though.

The architecture was stunning — modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The space was well laid out, spotless, and clearly well maintained. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was great throughout the process. I’d definitely stay here again!

The place was lovely! Among all the hotels we stayed in during the trip, this is the first place we arrived and felt at home. The room is clean and equipped with everything you need. Our room was stand-alone, with a private terrace and jacuzzi. Everything was very clean, and the reception and restaurant staff friendly and helpful. We frequently walked to the centre which took about 20 minutes.

We liked it so much that we returned and stayed again! The bungalows are tucked away private so you feel as if you are completely alone, until you go to the restaurant for meals. Shout out to Juan Carlo for the amazing dinner service each evening at the Acacia restaurant! Not only did he remember our names but he had memorized our allergies, our food preferences and our drink preferences from day one! Eat at the restaurant, it’s the same price as in town but the quality is far far superior! The jacuzzi on the patios looking into the forests watching for sloths (yes there are sloths!!! Ekkk!) was pretty incredible! Overall it’s an amazing property and they do everything possible to ensure you are having a five star rainforest experience! You will not regret staying here.
