This space is so much more than you would expect from the incredible rooms, to the animals on the property, the trails, the staff, the food, the pool space - everything is impeccable! The staff is so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We could not have asked for a better introduction to Costa Rica. We cant wait to tell all of our friends about this gem and hopefully we will be back soon!

Free Wi-Fi access is available. - They upgraded us to a better room - The entire space is incredible: a lot of nature and animals and the view from the room was spectacular - Breakfast was delicious - Most of the staff is super nice and willing to help - Room was super spacious and clean - The hot tub after a long day hiking was amazing

Hotel & Thermal Experience ligt te midden van weelderige tropische tuinen, aan de voet van de Arenal de Volcano Lodge in Costa Rica. Het biedt een buitenbad en een gratis WiFi-zone. De compleetheid van het park. De mogelijkheid om na het uitchecken toch nog gebruik te maken van de faciliteiten. Omdat het vrij groot is, waar je overigens niets van merkt, een ontbijtbuffet met alles erop en eraan vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel en goede ruime kamers. De tuin is prachtig aangelegd.

Bungalows Las Iguanas Arenal Volcano bevindt zich in Fortuna, op 17 km van La Fortuna-waterval, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren en een terras. Wonderful place, I loved the hot tub!

Hotel Arenal Glamping in Fortuna biedt accommodatie met uitzicht op het zwembad, een buitenzwembad, een fitnesscentrum, een tuin, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Beautiful, clean, oasis in the rainforest area! Just wished we had more time to use all the facility offered. The pool was lovely there was bbq facility and the breakfast was satisfying

Hotel Boutique Casa Del Rio ligt in Fortuna, op 4,1 km van La Fortuna-waterval en 6,3 km van Kalambu Hot Springs Water Park. Alles was perfect, goed bed, goede douche, heel lekker ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Eigenlijk wouden we daar blijven :)

Noah's Forest Hotel by Tifakara bevindt zich in Fortuna, op 7,4 km van La Fortuna-waterval, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en een gedeelde lounge. What a great first impression of Costa Rica! From the moment I arrived the staff went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. The room was also bigger and more luxurious than I expected.

Amor Arenal Adults Friendly ligt in Fortuna, op 10 km van La Fortuna-waterval, en biedt conciërgediensten, rookvrije kamers, een tuin, gratis WiFi en een bar. The room is spectacular and very private, you feel in the middle of the jungle, which is exactly where you are. The hikes were great.

Finca Luna Nueva Lodge ligt in Fortuna in de regio Alajuela, op 26 km van Monteverde. Het biedt een buitenbad en een spacentrum. We stayed at Finca Nueva for 2 days. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! ROOM: Apparently we booked the best room (the Dome) that I highly recommend. It wasn’t more expensive than other rooms. It’s basically a huge bungalow with its own secluded garden. The room was huge and the interior was very unique. Very clean and cozy. There was a little kitchenette outside the bungalow with a tea pot/coffee maker/fridge with complimentary home brewed kombucha and homemade herbal tea. PROPERTY: this was what amazed as the most. This eco-friendly hotel is located on a few acres of rainforest. Their property included: a farm and a garden where they grow veggies, herbs, fruits, cocoa beans, tea, coffee, ginger, vanilla beans and DOZENS of other species if plants and beautiful flowers, a bamboo tower, a pool and a few MILES of trails through the rainforest that are perfectly maintained. They also offer tours like chocolate, coffee, animals/birds-watching tour that are highly rated but unfortunately they were fully booked so we couldn’t go. Also, they had an amazing yoga pavilion right next to our bungalow that we used a lot. During our stay we saw a sloth, agouties, toucans, parrots on the property. FOOD: Farm to table. They don’t have a set menu. Every day they decide what seasonal food they’ll serve based on what’s growing on their farm. They also prioritize buying from local farmers. Literally everything is homegrown, homemade and tastes delicious: bread, milk, kefir, butter, tea, chocolate… During our stay both breakfast and dinner were buffet style. Most delicious and healthy meals we’ve had in Costa Rica!
