The staff were exceptional — responsive, kind, and always available at any hour. A special shout-out to Alvaro, who greeted us so warmly and made every interaction personal and genuine. The breakfast spread was phenomenal, full of fresh Menorcan specialties and local delicacies, and the hotel’s commitment to sustainability and respect for nature was evident throughout. The beaches nearby were pristine, with a real sense of conservation and communal respect for the environment — truly a gem of a place. We loved the rooftop adults-only pool, which was warm, elegant, and beautifully designed. The gym was excellent, with gorgeous wood paneling and brand-new equipment, and even though the hotel sits away from the busier towns, the team made getting around effortless with easy taxi coordination. We also appreciated how well the property balanced families with young children and adults traveling without — the atmosphere was calm, chic, and harmonious for everyone.
