This colonial-style hotel on the Costa Adeje features a luxurious spa and beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. It offers 5 swimming pools, surrounded by sun terraces and gardens. Breakfast is great. We had a free upgrade to a Junior Suite and loved it very much. The hotel is very attentive and congratulated my husband on his birthday with champagne and cake without me asking.

Royal River, Luxury Hotel - Adults Only has four restaurants, five outdoor swimming pools, a fitness centre and three bars in Adeje. We had an incredible time during our stay at Royal River! Lydia, the manager was very hospitable and ensured we had a fantastic stay. Samir at the reception helped us with a smooth check in and had excellent recommendations of restaurants around the island. The rooftop restaurant was gorgeous with views of the sea and mountains, we really appreciated that they had a special vegetarian menu for us! Also enjoyed the breakfast spread especially the Churros and violinist by the pool on Sunday. The real highlight was of course the stunning blue and green river combined with our private pool! Absolutely loved the relaxing jacuzzi and infinity pool too. Cannot wait to come back and stay here! Luxury at its best.

Room was very comfortable, balcony was huge, the breakfast food was great. The area around the hotel is very nice, and it's a very pleasant and short walk to the beach (Playa del Duque). We plan to come back next year.

Beautiful looking villas surrounded by luscious and meticulously kept tropical landscaping. The hotel is spread over quite a large area with a lot of hills, but the staff will happily chauffeur you to your room in a buggy as often as you like. This is a pro for me but maybe a con for others - the hotel is very quiet, relaxing and tranquil, even moreso in the evenings. Do not go there to expect to party/socialise but to enjoy peace and relaxation. We booked a standard room and this was the largest standard hotel room I have ever stayed in. It had 2 floors, 2 showers, a bath, 2 toilets and a kitchen. Terrace accessible from downstairs is the same size as most modern hotel rooms and featured a sofa, coffee table, dining table and two loungers. All with stunning views of the mountains and sea. Upstairs also also had a balcony. The room was spotless and cleaned to a high standard. WiFi in the room was great, and generally good across the whole hotel complex. In short, the rooms are amazing. The hotel has 3 pools on 3 different levels in the centre of the hotel. There was no problem in getting a lounger directly at the pool at any time of the day. Pool and it's surroundings were very clean and the loungers very comfortable. Parasols available for every 2 beds. Pools get sunshine throughout the day without almost no shade. Overall, pool. experience was excellent. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Food was good to great at the 2 restaurants, we never had a single bad experience dining. Perhaps the best thing about the stay was the staff. Every single member of staff is courteous, obliging and friendly. They work exceptionally hard to make you feel that you are well cared for in their hands. I would especially like to thank Anastasias at reception; Fernando and Hugo our bellmen; and Juan, Giselle and Diego at La Torre who delivered a custom birthday cake to my son which made the evening very special.

Hotel Las Madrigueras Golf Resort & Spa - Adults Only has a beautiful setting within the Las Américas golf course, in South Tenerife. It has a full spa centre and a lovely outdoor pool. Everything was great. I loved the view from the second floor, which offered an amazing vista of the golf course and a bit of the sea. It’s such a quiet place, perfect if you’re looking for a destination to relax and enjoy tranquility. This is the best option book it without a doubt. The vibe of the hotel is a bit classy, so if you expect something modern, it won't meet your expectations. However, everything else is great: it's quiet, has amazing service, and the staff are doing their best to make your stay comfortable. Despite these points, I still give them a 10 out of 10. The hotel is amazing, and I highly recommend it. Just book it. It’s amazing!
