This is a most magnificent place to stay.Sophie was a pleasure to meet ,she could just not do too much for us .The rooms we had in the tower just cannot be described in words they are the best you will find anywhere.These rooms are full of history that can be appreciated by the attention to detail in the decoration and finish.The comfort and serenity are a joy to the senses .I must mention the beds they were really the most comfortable I have ever encountered. We had "Sophie breakfasts" they were absolutely perfect and a little different each time however the locally made butter (hand churned) and yogurt (from the farm next door) + Sophie's home made jams and bread /cake cannot be bettered. We will return in the future but I think getting a booking may be difficult as there will be a lot of return guests Jerry &Maeve Sept 2024

The Location was perfect for visiting the town, which was most impressive. As it was a fleeting visit, regrettably we were unable to fully appreciate its numerous attractions. Above all, we would thoroughly recommend the host, Maxime Divet. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our booking presented him with numerous problems, which he handled throughout with the utmost professionalism, understanding and kindness. Nothing was too much trouble for him. His communication and advice were both wonderful. He is an excellent host, who went above and beyond our expectations.

At the bed and breakfast, units come with bed linen and towels. The house and garden are beautiful, the hosts are very friendly and agreeable, dishes, glassware, utensils, and refrigerator space were all made available, breakfast included delicious homemade yogurt and good bread, bathroom was spacious and light, everything was perfect.

We loved our bedroom, and the bedroom for our teenage daughter was perfect and child/teenage friendly. The breakfast was excellent including homemade treats and goods. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
