Lydie takes great pride in her carefully prepared breakfasts and it shows. You have a choice of sweet or savory breakfasts, whichever your preference, that she delivers it to your room. Her originality even extends to the presentation: jam served in egg cups and sugar cubes in a small Bonne Maman jar. ❤️ It is beyond sweet. Frankly, this is one of the most original and charming places I’ve ever stayed in. Lydie is amazing also. I can’t say enough about her understanding and flexibility. I messed up our reserved days and she completely went with the flow. Mind you, Lydie only speaks French, so if your French isn’t conversational, you will probably need a translator app.

The bathroom was great, with a large shower. Breakfast was delivered in a basket, and it was delicious. Although we did not meet the owner, they were very communicative and helpful. We had a fabulous dinner at the bistro across the road where the owners and locals were extremely friendly and welcoming! It was really enjoyable.
