The Guest Experience and especially Denise, the Duty Manager went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, resolving the issue promptly and making me feel truly valued as a guest. The thoughtful gestures, including different forms of compensations, completely turned my experience around. The follow-up from Prabhash, the other Duty Manager, was also greatly appreciated and reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellent guest service. I left Montcalm East feeling genuinely impressed by the team's dedication to creating a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding guest care and attention to detail.

Hampstead Opulence Apartment - Luxurious Split Level Property ligt in Londen, op 4,5 km van London Zoo, 4,7 km van cricketstadion Lord's Cricket Ground en 5,4 km van Camden Market, en biedt... The flat was well situated for us. Three bus stops away from the tube so easy access into town and perfect for us to visit friends who live a 15' minutes' drive away. Although situated on a bus route, it was quiet and had very useful amenities such as a grocery shop, restaurants, etc. It was really well-equipped and extremely comfortable......a pleasure to return to after a tiring day in London ! What's more there were complementary snacks, beer and wine. Comfortable beds and with regard to the bathroom, a fantastic shower which was big and easy to use. Greg was a great, attentive host, always available to respond to any questions we had, as well as to give us good advice on transport, restaurants and places to visit. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to go to Hampstead Heath. I have absolutely no hesitation in reccomending this flat.

Dichtbij metrostation Victoria en Pimlico. Fijn kleinschalig appartement met prima keuken, woonkamer en badkamer. Slaapkamers goed van grootte en fijne bedden.

The hotel is in an ideal location. The rooms are spectacular. The bed was likely the most comfortable bed I've experienced at a hotel. As for the food, it was delicious whether you got in-room dining, ate in the lounge or their beautiful restaurant. But the best part: their staff will go above and beyond to meet the requests of the guests.

Het luxe Corinthia London ligt in een van de meest prestigieuze wijken van de stad, op slechts een steenworp afstand van Trafalgar Square en Whitehall. Breakfast was fabulous. Location is perfect.
