The hotel, set in the stunning Svaneti region, offers breathtaking mountain views and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, ensuring a smooth check-in. My room was comfortable and had a lovely balcony perfect for enjoying morning coffee with a view. The hotel's restaurant was a highlight, with delicious local and international dishes. The traditional Svanetian cuisine, especially the kubdari and tashmijabi, was outstanding. Breakfast each morning was plentiful and delicious. A special experience during my stay was a picnic organized by the hotel team. They arranged a trip to a beautiful mountain spot where we enjoyed a spread of local delicacies, surrounded by nature's beauty. It was a memorable and unique way to experience Mestia.

They treated me like family and were very kind about the dog. They worked hard to communicate with me. The hotel is lovely. They have nice outdoor area and the rooms are comfortable even though they don't have air conditioning. The breakfast was wonderful. The facilities were lovely. Overall I had a very nice stay.

The host was exceptionally friendly, but not at all disturbing, we liked the shared kitchen and shared places with sofas to relax. We especially appreciated that we could keep our things at the place when we went for 4 days hike even before being accommodated there and that we could use the option to wash our stuff afterwards. Breakfast was very good as well and room clean with own bathroom. Overall the value you get for money is really great at this place. When coming back to Mestia, we will stay here again.
