Staff are very welcoming especially Stefano and Katerina in the reception. They are hospitable and happy to help and gave many information needed. Stefano and Katerina are very good on what they do best. Communication is very clear.

El Lagon Life Spirit Boutique Hotel - Adults Only se encuentra en La Canea, a 2 km de la playa de Koum Kapi, y ofrece alojamiento con aparcamiento privado gratuito, centro de fitness y bar. I loved everything about this hotel. At first sight - we just thought that everything was beautiful and clean. But then we realized that this hotel really cares about their guests and the service is really out of this world. Chris, that was in the reception majority of the time that we stayed there, always aimed for us to have the best time even though it rained while we stayed in the hotel for a majority of our visit. She and her colleagues always greeted us with smiles, giving us tips about where to go and how to get to those places. I know that it doesn’t sound like it’s anything more than ”regular” service, but when you meet people that treat you so good as they treated us in a 5-star hotel (and mind you - that doesn’t happen often since we mainly stay at 5-star hotels) then you appreciate the whole trip in a complete other way. Also, me and my boyfriend have worked within hospitality and service during the majority of our careers and we know that good service takes energy and commitment. If the manager of this hotel sees this review - please tell everybody on your team how great they are! Because we will be back in the fall again (booked another visit day 2 of our stay). And (!) not to forget to mention the spa. I got a treatment from Maria Hanaroli down at the spa and it was amazing! If you stay at the hotel make sure to get a treatment with her to make your trip even more luxurious.

Domus Blanc Boutique Hotel está muy bien situado en el barrio de Halepa, La Canea, a 13 min a pie de Playa Koum Kapi, a 200 metros de Casa Museo de Eleftherios Venizelos y a 4 min a pie de Museo... Desayuno genial, incluso con opción sin gluten. Tanto la atención en recepción como en el desayuno super amables y atentos. Nos encantaron los detalles de la habitación.

Well designed and fully equipped (there was even a hair straightener) apartment with perfect location. Very comfortable bed and cute balcony where to enjoy morning coffee. Super welcoming and friendly host! We really liked how the breakfast is organized and that it was available until 12.
