They took care of any requests immediately, the facilities were great, service was fast and the rooms were quite and comfortable. We got great restaurant recommendations from the lobby staff and everything was clean. Location is great because you are close to downtown Kos, so you can either walk 30 min to the marina, take a bike or order a taxi for a better price.

A beautiful place with a lot of attention to details paid. My suite was beautiful, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I liked the small attention to details, that made my stay very comfortable. Also very quiet. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. The hotel staff was very warm and friendly, helpful, accessible and considerate. The pool area was stylish, clean and comfortable. And the gardens were beautiful and well taken care of. And for my stay I had the beautiful beach area for myself. Amazing to find a hotel with such an attention to details and service attitude in Europe. I warmly recommend to stay here.

Gaia Garden is a charming, down-to-earth hotel located in Lambi, a quiet area of Kos Town. The Gaia Garden was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and the place was spotlessly clean.  Our room was superb - I think that they may have been recently refurbed because they were beautiful. The first floor outside terrace for meals was lovely, and the restaurant staff were so attentive, constantly clearing plates or finding things for you.  The food was great.

I don’t know where to begin, the resort was absolutely incredible! We booked for the weekend but we should’ve booked for the whole week! And we are already talking about coming back here next year. Firstly, the staff are amazing, they are nice, professional and incredibly helpful, the friendly atmosphere is admirable! The food and drinks are amazing, we took the all inclusive option, and we also had dinner at the restaurant in one of the nights, and it was really really good. I couldn’t recommend the hotel enough!

The property is recently completed and very beautifully and tastefully done. Clean and neat, inside and outside. Great location, and the owners are lovely people who provided helpful welcome gifts and even brought us breakfast from the bakery on one day. The pool is great. Furniture is great.
