She prepared the most delicious breakfast we had during our long stay in different Zagorian villages (fresh home made pies, pastries, her own variety of jams…). The room was huge and very comfortable. The garden of the property is also amazing for a morning coffee. It was exactly what we needed after a long hike, and we will definitely come back!

This was the nicest accomodation I’ve stayed at in terms of the condition of the hotel and extremely nice owners. When we checked in, we found out that the nearby restaruant was closed and because it was all dark already, my partner was worried about driving. So we wanted to just eat whatever snacks we had. We had some canned tuna and some dried oatmeal. So the owners were kind to offer us each a bowl with hot water so we can cook our instant oatmeal so we have some food for the night. Then upon checking into our room, the room is spacious , quiet, nicely decorated , and has a pretty ambience to it. The shower was also very unique since it shoots water out in multiple directions - from the top, neck area, stomach area, and a handheld faucet. We had a very nice restful sleep there. And for breakfast, we didnt get their buffet breakfast and ordered an expresso Freddo instead. They offered a complimentary homemade pie which was very delicious and nice of them. Overall a very nice enjoyable stay. Roasted lemons in naplion

Hotel Machalas is a large complex of apartments. It is located in Kipoi village which is in central Zagori. The complex’s traditional architecture is based on wood and hand-hewn stone. The property located right at the beginning of the loop trail along the famous bridges of Zagori. Authentic design, perfect cleanliness, comfortable bed, small good equipped kitchen, self controlled fast heating, hot water any time. Great tavern just across the street. Good breakfast. Our stay was truly amazing! We loved it here so much, that it was heartbreaking to leave. The hotel is beautiful and the people very, very friendly. The views are amazing and the breakfast very delicious. The beds were also very comfortable, so that after a day of walking, we could have a wonderful sleep. The location is also big plus, Ano Pedina is very cute and cosy village and it is centrally located to explore the whole region. We also booked massages and they were amazing! The region is very beautiful and the hotel itself was already a highlight for us. If you are looking to truly unwind, this is the place to be!
