The overall vibe was warm, welcoming, and genuinely uplifting — we just didn’t want to leave. That’s why we ended up staying for hours longer than planned. It’s wonderful that the place is pet-friendly — a huge plus for us! A lovely little bonus: there were dried fruits and refreshing lemonades available in the spa area, which made the experience even more enjoyable. And we can’t forget the bathrobes — incredibly soft and cozy, we almost fell in love with them <3.

It is very big place with a castle section, a Palace section, a welnees, a theme park, ponds, knights, the works, perfect single travellers or for families with kids because they are kept separate, even at breakfast there is a special place for families to eat !!! Great!!! The breakfast is realky good and it's about 3 rooms big. And a special thank you for miss Kitty, she went out of here way to let me stay longer, even when the hotel was full, thanks!!!

Wellness is great, with good working hours (7.30 am to 9.30 pm), so we had plenty of opportunity to use it. Staff was really polite and helpful, kind and ready to answer every our question.
