I had a wonderful vacation at the hotel after our tiring work trip. The hotel is wonderful - Location: located right at Sanur harbor, you can easily walk to Sanur harbor to go to the islands such as Nusa,.. - Wifi 10/10 - Staff : 10/10 always cheerful, friendly, asking about the experience at the hotel and ready to help at any time (especially given a welcome dessert) - The room space is designed so romantically, we just need to lie on the bed and watch the sunrise (a wonderful experience). The swimming pool in the room design helps me enjoy sunbathing and reading wonderfully - Space and hygiene 10/10. Especially the scent in the room is extremely fragrant, making our minds extremely relaxed, smelling like in a relaxing spa It is worth the money we spent

Location, breakfast and staff was excellent. Exceptionally clean, very nice pool and facilities. Will be going back. Photos don't do the place justice. Looks even better in practice.

Very roomy, 3 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms. We didn't try the pool, but the other guests used it regularly. The view of the ocean was amazing. We took a walk all the way to sanur beach a couple times, along the ocean on the walkway behind the property. One night we came back around 730 pm, it was dark and we used our cellphone for flashlights, it was fun and safe . We never felt threatened. The locals were pretty friendly. The staff were eager to help, they wanted to make sure we were happy there and didn't need anything. The villas mgr were there until 11pm in case any of the quests needed help and the security team on duty 24/7. The location was a bit outside the city and harder to find. But We used GRABfood a couple of times for snacks and dinner with no problem and taxi pickup to the airport. We enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing.

Set within tropical gardens, just a 10-minute walk from Sanur Beach, Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur - Bali offers elegant Balinese-style rooms and free WiFi. Great Balinese flavour, more authentic than just a white box. Very clean and neat. They offered me lemonade while I was doing the check in, which was awesome. Very attentive personnel.
