They helped with directions and recommendations for anything we asked. We loved the evening we spent at the bar with the fabulous singers who were so much fun. The pool is great and the location of the hotel is actually perfect. Would live to stay here again if Jakarta is again in my travel plans. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The whole stay was great and peaceful and catered to the comfort I needed. Location was also great as it is close to two malls and many other recreational areas. I stayed at Fairmont to attend a concert nearby and it was very convenient, I only needed to walk a few minutes to get there.

They were very attentive and made you feel at home. I arrived late at night for check-in, and I was pleasantly surprised to enter my room to find out that they had run a bath for me and had left a hand written card from the staff!! Very sweet. Nothing I have experienced at other hotels.
