We absolutely loved our stay at the Cambridge Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us promptly. Their helpfulness was invaluable, especially since we don't speak Indonesian. Most of the staff members were fluent in English, making communication easy for our family. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and the clean and inviting atmosphere made the dining experience even more pleasant. The hotel's strategic location is a major plus. The breakfast was fantastic in a very large area with a great selection. Less than 5% of the tables were used while we were there from 9am to 10am. We ordered scrambled eggs with mushroom and they had to go and cut up mushrooms but were happy to do so. Our room was on the 20th floor and provided all we needed. They had a bar where we were able to buy a beer.

Good hotel and restaurant was much better than expected after ratings 😊 very close to vulcano, but if you are looking for scooter rental or different restaurants, you have to go to Berastagi. Hotel also organized a driver to Lake Toba after our stay.
